Ingredients:
1 lb. hot (or mild) ground Italian sausage
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 c. dry white wine
~14 oz. crushed tomatoes
1 c. heavy cream
1 lb. shelf-stable potato gnocchi
1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan
handful of torn basil
salt and pepper
